The Cedar Park room addition is dried in! Building in this rain has been stressful so we are all breathing a sigh of relief. Framing in the rain is normal, but framing above or adjacent to *finished* living spaces is a whole different ball game. Moving on to MEPs, this project is about a month and a half out from completion.
