Rebecca brings steady leadership, precision, and a deep commitment to quality to every project that moves through the machine shop. Her ability to guide her team, solve problems on the fly, and keep production running smoothly makes her an essential part of FAST’s success.

Outside of work, Rebecca is all about connection and the outdoors. She loves spending time with family and friends, tending to her yard and garden, and enjoying the peace that comes with being outside. When she’s not digging into a new project at home, you’ll likely find her camping, fishing, or relaxing with good music.

Some people collect coffee mugs. Jeremy collects memorable shirts.

Not long after joining the team, Jeremy made sure everyone knew about his love for anything but boring attire. In fact, he even left a reminder on the whiteboard that his marketing teammate owed him a Hawaiian shirt.

While this one may not technically qualify as Hawaiian, we'd say it's 100% on-brand.

Just another example of the personalities that make FAST such a great place to work. 😊

From concept to creation.

This custom trophy buck artwork, donated by FAST Global Solutions for this week's Taste on the Lake fundraiser in Glenwood, began with the expertise of our CNC Programming team. These talented employees take an idea and transform it into the precise digital instructions that start the manufacturing process.

We're proud to contribute this piece to support the Minnewaska Laker Foundation and even prouder to invest in the communities where our employees live, work, and raise their families.

Join us Wednesday at Lakeside Ballroom for an evening supporting our local schools.

We were proud to host Senator Bob Hallstrom at our Falls City manufacturing facility. During his visit, Senator Hallstrom toured our operations and learned more about how FAST Global Solutions builds aircraft ground support equipment, freight transfer systems, and material handling products that keep industries moving.

The Senator met with team members from across departments and discussed the innovative work happening at both our Falls City and Auburn locations. Special thanks to Jared Gerdes for leading the tour and to everyone who helped showcase the dedication and expertise that define FAST Global Solutions.

At FAST Global Solutions, Engineering Manager Colin Askew brings the same dedication to his work that he shows at home.

Outside of work, Colin enjoys going on adventures with his wife, Kim, and their three kids. Whether they’re spending time on the lake, fishing, hunting, or snowmobiling, the Askews make the most of Minnesota’s great outdoors.

Colin’s mechanical mind doesn’t stop at the office. He loves working on vehicles and home projects, and his family’s hobby farm keeps him busy with goats and poultry.

For Colin, engineering isn’t just a career, but a reflection of his values: hard work, curiosity, and family connection.
