Today was a memorable day for Seegars Fence Company of Augusta! 🎉

When we opened our doors a little over a year ago on the 13th Seegars location, Caleb (our Managing Partner), did so with excitement about the opportunity ahead and a commitment to becoming a trusted business in the community he calls home.

Today’s official ribbon cutting offered time for reflection on our biggest accomplishment which is always an easy question to answer- the team. We’re excited to welcome Gavin Johnson to the Seegars Fence Company team this summer!🎉

Gavin is currently pursuing a degree in Business Management – Leadership at Coker University and is on track to graduate in May 2027. Throughout his internship, he’ll be gaining hands-on experience, learning from our team, and contributing to projects that help strengthen our company and the communities we serve.

We were honored to welcome students from Eastern Wayne High School to Seegars Fence Company as part of the 2026 RIME event last week!

It was a privilege to give these students a behind-the-scenes look at our operations and introduce them to the many career opportunities available in the fencing and manufacturing industries. From custom gates to the wood shop to powder coating and then operations and customer service were just a few of the stops made a long the way. We were proud to share how our team works together to serve our customers every day.

Investing in the next generation matters, and we’re thankful for opportunities like RIME that help connect students with real-world career paths right here in eastern North Carolina. Thank you to Eastern Wayne High School and the RIME organizers for allowing us to be part of this meaningful experience.
