Today we congratulated Scott B with 20yrs of service at Dramco Tool Company. His choice of meal, roast beef, mashed potatoes and his grandmas famous cheesy carrots. Justin P and his wife graciously took the recipe and made him a small pan. Whitefoot catering did an amazing lunch for us. Scott’s gift of choice $2500 was his transmission for his car(we hope to see it in the parking lot some day soon)Thank you Scott for your years of service and dedication.
We also congratulated Andy K. (a little late, October) 5yr certificate along with $200 in tools and Zayne N. 10yr certificate along with a $1000 travel voucher.
Thank you for years of dedication and commitment. We look forward to many years to come

April….another busy month
We hosted several in-house tours along with receiving a large amount of applicants for internships.
Skills USA was hosted in Grand Island at the Fonner Park Campus as well. Over 2000 students from around the state participated in wide variety of competitions including welding, machining, additive manufacturing, auto and diesel mechanics, construction, cosmetology, culinary arts, and many more. Dramco participated in SkillsUSA again this year as contest coordinators for the Automated Manufacturing competition. We have been the contest coordinators since the competition moved to Grand Island in 2017. Our guys spent the day monitoring the students during the competition and judging the work they performed. Justin spent some time with a group of SkillsUSA participants discussing work ethic, and employer expectations. It's a fantastic event, and a great opportunity for the students to demonstrate the skills they have been developing. A big thanks to the SkillsUSA staff, and everyone who volunteered their time to make this event happen.
