We’re hiring an Office Administrator for our growing geotechnical engineering, materials testing, and special inspections team at Huddleston-Berry Engineering and Testing.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced professional environment, enjoys organization and communication, and can help keep projects, schedules, and client coordination running smoothly.
Key responsibilities include:
• Answering and directing client calls
• Scheduling field technicians and inspections
• Setting up and organizing new projects
• Coordinating with contractors, engineers, and project managers
• Supporting daily office operations and client communication

• Professional and dependable

• Strong in communication and customer service
• Comfortable multitasking in a construction/engineering environment
• Experienced in office administration, scheduling, dispatching, or project coordination (preferred)
