Meet Renovational's founder - Hunter Bolkema.

Hunter is a West Michigan native & grew up in the Jenison area. He now lives on the SW side of the Greater Grand Rapids area with his wife & 2 children.

With over 10 years of experience in the industry, Hunter founded Renovational in August 2023. Renovational is now well established, licensed & insured.

In January 2024, he, Matt Horner, & Josh Vande Guchte joined forces to start Isaiah 43:2, Inc., the parent company under which Renovational is now a part of.

The company's name is in reference to a Bible verse - "When you pass through the waters, I will be with you; and when you pass through the rivers, they will not sweep over you. When you walk through the fire, you will not be burned; the flames will not set you ablaze."

Isaiah 43:2, Inc is the foundation for three specialized West Michigan teams. We believe that whether you are passing through a disaster or building a dream, you deserve a specialist.

That's why we've separated our experts into three focused divisions: one here at Renovational LLC for building, Hometown Water & Fire Restoration for restoration services, & True North for the finest millwork.
