A few weeks ago, icon Mechanical was proud to stand alongside community leaders, trade partners, Boeing, and Governor Kehoe at the Kinloch cleanup press conference held at Marvin L. Brown Park.

The event highlighted ongoing efforts and major investments focused on helping restore and revitalize the historic Kinloch neighborhood, a community that has faced years of illegal dumping and environmental neglect. icon Mechanical was honored to support this initiative through a $100,000 donation and by participating in Boots on the Ground cleanup efforts alongside our fellow team members.

Congratulations to 2026 Emerging Leader Jordan Worth, a Construction Learning and Development Specialist at icon Mechanical. In that capacity, she oversees the professional development of her industry peers, partnering with MCA and other organizations to build our industry through education.

Jordan first joined the team at icon in a project management role three years ago, after graduating from the University of Memphis.

She is a rising star on MCA’s Young Professionals Committee, with a special focus on the committee’s community service projects. She consistently leverages her many community connections to find places where MCA’s emerging professionals can make the greatest difference. She is always ready to lend her depth of insight to create opportunity for future leaders.
