Rock shop is officially open as of about 1:30. I will be here until 5:30 today and will plan to be on point the rest of the week and keep my scheduled shop hours! Saturday looks to be a fabulous day to come to the Great Falls Farmers Market! I’ll be located up next to the Civic Center near the outdoor restrooms so you can’t miss me. I’ll be there from 8 AM to 1 PM and then be up at the rock shop after tearing down and grabbing lunch from 3 to 6 PM! Closed Sundays and Mondays. I’m also available by appointment.

Thanks for bearing with me as I handle getting the hang of running a small business. One thing is for sure when I get my orders I ship 🚢 my packages right away and get my customers near and far tracking numbers immediately so they can monitor their order. Thanks as always for all the support and for all the likes and shares and word-of-mouth advertising. It all helps make this small business grow. My rock shop and art gallery is located at 715 13th Avenue South in the Town Square Market. I’m on the main level as you come through the main walkway located on your left and Suite 3. Hope to see some of you this week or this weekend at the market! We live in an amazing place to get great variety of stones and many cool experiences in Big Sky Country.

Good morning. Just wanted to let everyone know I’m gonna run a little late getting into the store this morning to pick up a few supplies for the shop and ship a package to a valued customer of mine. Hopefully I will have the shop open by about 1230 today and should remain open until 5:30 PM. Here are a few mostly throwback photos to get you excited about summer. Keep chasing those rocks! Hi there! Here is a few photos I took today mostly in my light box of some fresh Montana tumbled slabs and stones. This is about 24 pounds of material total from 2, 12 pound batches in my Rebel 17 tumblers! Let me know if you see anything you like and I can message you a price! Also, a few of these pieces may be spoken for, but I will mark the ones that are sold. Hope everyone is having a great week. I’ll be open tomorrow from 11:30 to 5:30 and Friday the same hours. Fun day out hiking along some lapsed silver claims over towards Helena area! Found some rocks to cut this week. They seem like some are silver ore and some might be agate or coral 🪸 geodes! We shall see! Thanks God for another day rippin it up in your creation! Found 2 moose skulls. Hauled out the cow. Got moose ivory’s which was cool!

Here are some recent polished tumbled slabs and stones for sale! These pieces just came out of the Tumblr on Wednesday. I have them priced in each image. Feel free to comment if you’re interested in any of these. Also added about 12 pounds of tumble’s to what I already had so the selection is continuing to grow. Shop is open today! Here is 18 pounds of fresh tumbles I pulled this morning from one of my Rebel 17 Tumblers, and a double 3 pound unit. I’ll have all of these plus a bunch more at the farmers market this Saturday by the Civic Center, as well as in the rock shop for sale. Come in and pick some cool ones out. Also decided to show you a picture of another Icelandic ram I am working on that I plan to cover in Apache tears. Hope everyone’s having a great week and God bless. 🙏🦅💎

Went to Helena yesterday to visit my friend Blaze Wharton who owns Blaze N Gems and the El Dorado Bar sapphire mine for some opal lapidary lessons! I made some videos for myself to study off of and got some good hands-on tips on how to do a good job polishing my fire opal from Nevada. He worked on a couple pieces of Royal Peacock Opal Mine material and we also ripped some Beaverhead Agate material for earrings. Pretty fun day learning from a pro and hanging out with a darn good guy. Thanks a bunch Blaze for helping me learn. I’m a post a couple videos later this week after I edit them to show some of the polishing and sanding action.

Hi there! It’s finally the weekend! Here are some fresh cuts I made this morning before opening the rock shop. Most of these specimens are gonna be used to make jewelry or be tumbled up. So far it’s been a great day at the rock shop with some great conversations with customers. I’ll be open today at the town Square market until 530 or 6 PM. Stop on by if you’d like to shop some rocks or local artwork. I also have some beautiful photography on display from my friend Linda Floyd owner of Southpaw Shots USA. Definitely gonna be late opening up today. I’m just headed out to the dump now with a diesel pick up full of tree debris from the town Square market building. You can now walk easily from the back parking lot to the sidewalk without going around the big pine tree now. Also pruned up a few other trees and made some big improvements aesthetically. Hoping to open up by one or 1:30 PM. I would probably air on the 130 side knowing me. I’ll try to stay open till closer to six tonight in case anybody wants to come in. It’s been pretty slow lately, but it’s nice out and you never know. Hope everyone has a great day.
