Just a little about Daikin and where they are made.

Daikin operates numerous factories worldwide, with its largest being the Daikin Texas Technology Park in Waller, TX, which manufactures HVAC products for Daikin, Goodman, and Amana brands. Other major manufacturing locations include factories in Japan (Sakai), and several locations in Europe and Asia. The Daikin Texas Technology Park is noted for its size, efficiency, and sustainability features.
