Construction is making great progress at John Eagle Honda in Houston, TX.

This week we are working on metal framing and sheathing while progressing with installing EFIS. Meanwhile, wire was pulled for the EV charger, and tile installation is advancing throughout the F&I offices.

We’re proud of the progress being made and look forward to delivering a space that will serve the dealership and its customers for years to come!

Project Update 🚧

Summerfield Park Apartments are in the final stretch, with completion anticipated by July 31, 2026!

Our team is putting the finishing touches on the project, including:
• Preparing the parking lot for paving
• Completing paint touch-ups
• Installing the fire alarm system
• Adding signage above the garage doors

Looking for a new place to call home? Summerfield Park Apartments are now leasing! Located just 10 minutes from Okoboji Lake, offering convenient access to everything the area has to offer while providing a brand-new place to live.
