Sometimes the best way to say thank you is with pizza.

To show our appreciation for the great work being done at Parc at Rosenwald Apartments in Griffin, GA, we sent a whole bunch of pizza to the job site.
This project includes multiple buildings at various stages of construction. Teams are hard at work doing everything from concrete pads to painting in preparation for completion in March of 2027.

The Koester team and small army of subcontractors are right on schedule to deliver another great project experience, so we thought we’d surprise them with a little pizza party to recognize the effort and talent that makes it all come together!

In construction, most people think the biggest dangers employees face are falls, electrocution, or chemical exposure. The truth is, America loses far more workers to su***de every year than to job-site accidents.

Mental health is recognized in the month of May but it’s important to stay informed and pay attention to your well-being every day. Struggling doesn’t mean you’re weak. It means you’re human and asking for help is one of the strongest things you can do.

He built a thriving company, grounded in values and touched the lives of so many over 40 years at the helm of Koester Construction. Today, you see his influence reflected in his family, friends, and employees. As importantly, Paul’s generosity of spirit benefits countless community members who never knew his name or how his efforts improved their lives.

This is why Paul was recently honored as the 2026 Build Iowa Award recipient by Master Builders of Iowa.
