Progress continues on our 104-unit apartment project in Hicksville. Interior and exterior demolition and abatement are complete, allowing us to assess the existing structural steel and make the necessary field reinforcements.

At the same time, site work is underway with cutting and vibrating piles across the site to support our SOE—keeping momentum strong despite unforeseen conditions.

Two days ago, the Supervisor of Brookhaven shared the attached video showing the damage caused to one of the restrooms at one of the town’s parks by a criminal act. Wanting to help the situation, we immediately contacted the Supervisor to offer our support in restoring the facility at no cost to the town.

Thanks to the quick response of our trade partners, and All Systems Maintenance the bathroom was repaired today. Just in time for the weekend, residents will once again have access to the facility as they enjoy the park.
