🔧 A Note About Warranty Repairs 🔧
We want our customers to know that warranty repairs are a priority for us.
If your air conditioner is down or not working properly, we understand you’re uncomfortable, hot, and ready to have your home back to normal. We truly do understand, and if we could complete every warranty repair the same day, we absolutely would.
The challenge with warranty work is that many repairs require manufacturer-specific parts. Before we can schedule the repair, we must have the part in hand and verify that it is the correct part for your system. Unfortunately, we are often at the mercy of the manufacturer and supply house when it comes to parts availability and delivery times.
Please know that we are actively tracking orders, following up on shipments, and doing everything we can to get your repair completed as quickly as possible. Once the part arrives and is confirmed, your repair moves to the front of the line. Even if that means adjusting our schedule or working on a weekend, we will do our best to get you taken care of.
We know waiting is frustrating, especially during the Arkansas heat. We appreciate your patience, understanding, and trust in our team while we work through the warranty process. Our goal is the same as yours: to get your system repaired correctly and your home comfortable again as soon as possible.
