38 years. Countless projects supported. One incredible Korte career.

After 38 years with The Korte Company, Nancy Tebbe is heading into retirement.

For nearly four decades, Nancy has been a steady source of help, knowledge and follow-through for teams across the company. From supporting jobsite teams around the country to coordinating travel, preparing plans, tracking details and answering the questions that come from every corner of the business, Nancy has helped keep the work moving.

Around here, there’s a reason people say, “Call Nancy.” If she didn’t know the answer, she knew exactly who did. And more often than not, she was already one step ahead.

Her work has always been about people - making sure our teams have what they need, taking stress off their plates and finding a way forward.

At Korte, we often say The Job is The Boss. For her entire career, Nancy has lived that out with a can-do attitude, a deep care for the people around her and a commitment to getting things done right.

Nancy - thank you for 38 years of dedication, kindness and steady leadership. You’ve made a lasting impact on The Korte Company and the people who call it home.

Today, we celebrate all of the fathers who lead by example, teach through hard work and inspire the next generation.

This Father's Day, we're proud to share the story of the Solis family - three generations whose connection to The Korte Company spans decades.

It started with Jerry Solis, an ironworker whose work helped shape hundreds of Korte projects. His son, Jeff, followed in his footsteps and built a career of his own, rising to project superintendent. Today, Jeff's son, Nick, is carrying the tradition forward as a traveling carpenter.

Their story is a reminder that construction is more than buildings. It's about people, families and the values passed from one generation to the next.

Happy Father's Day to all the dads, grandfathers, mentors and father figures who continue to make a difference every day.

West Las Vegas is getting ready to dive in.

The new outdoor Olympic-length pool at Pavilion Center Pool Complex is set to open to the public June 29, expanding access to competitive swim, community programming, swim instruction and recreation.

The Korte Company is proud to have constructed this facility and helped bring a long-awaited community vision to life.

Before the beer, came the build.

In 1989, Korte began work on the Anheuser-Busch Brewery expansion in Tampa, Florida - one of our early large national projects.

The project centered on a new stockhouse built to hold massive tanks weighing 13 tons before filling. To support that kind of weight, our team performed extensive site work, laying the groundwork for the scale of production ahead.

What started with the stockhouse grew into additional work across the brewery complex, including the parking deck, warehouse, shops, stores and support spaces.

When Universal Orlando Resort opened its doors, The Korte Company was there helping bring the arrival experience to life.

From the iconic Universal Globe to some of the most recognizable elements guests encounter as they enter the park, our team helped build the first impression for millions of visitors from around the world.

First impressions matter. They set the tone. They create anticipation. And they help transform a destination into an experience people never forget.

More than 35 years later, those landmarks remain a symbol of the Universal experience and a reminder of the trust placed in our team to deliver something special.
