It’s Boiler season!!
If you are someone you know has a commercial building, Church, or apartment complex that depends on boilers for heating or domestic hot water now is the time to have it serviced

10/27/2026

Heating season is officially here, and your furnace is about to become the hardest working appliance in your home. 🔥

Late October is when we see a surge in furnace repair calls across Louisville and Shepherdsville, usually from systems that sat untouched all summer. A quick HVAC tune-up now can catch worn parts, dirty burners, and airflow issues before the first real cold snap hits. And if your air conditioning struggled at the end of summer, that's worth a look too, since small AC repair needs don't fix themselves over the winter.

A fall checkup covers:
• Furnace inspection and safety testing
• Thermostat calibration for accurate temps
• Honest advice if your system is nearing the end

As a veteran-owned team, we believe in fixing what's fixable and only recommending replacement when it truly makes sense. You'll always get a straight answer from us.

Schedule your heating checkup with UR Best HVAC today and head into winter with confidence. ❄️
