A 27-year employee of Pettigrew, Erica is our Human Resources Director, and is often the first person employees turn to for guidance, support, and encouragement. Whether she's helping employees navigate challenges, coordinating training, coordinating benefits, or strengthening our workplace culture, Erica consistently goes above and beyond to make Pettigrew a better place to work.
Erica's commitment to excellence extends beyond the workplace. She earned her Master of Business Administration from the University of the Southwest and has continued to invest in her professional growth throughout her career. She is a SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP), a graduate of Leadership New Mexico, and a Maddox Leadership Institute graduate—bringing knowledge, leadership, and compassion to her role. She also holds leadership roles within her church.
