Last Friday, we had the honor of hosting a retirement celebration for Joe Arriaga as he begins this exciting new chapter.

For the past 10 years, Joe has been such an important part of our team. His hard work, dedication, and positive spirit have truly made a lasting impact on all of us. He’s not only been a valued colleague, but also a friend who brought so much joy to our workplace every single day.

This week we enjoyed the opportunity to sponsor Holy Cross Catholic Academy from Amarillo while they participated in the Hobbs Holiday Basketball Tournament! It was great connecting with the team and staff and seeing the hard work and commitment that goes into their program. We are especially proud to note that both coaches are Hobbs High alumni, making their return to Hobbs even more meaningful. IPS is proud to support these student-athletes, and we’re cheering them on for a great season ahead!

A few weeks ago, IPS hosted our annual Christmas party, and it gave us the opportunity to reflect on an incredible year. 🎄

We want to thank everyone for their continued support, hard work, and dedication throughout the past year. Together, we celebrated many achievements and milestones, and we’re incredibly proud of how our team continues to grow.
