Tyler joins our Toledo office as a Project Coordinator! Outside of work, he enjoys rock climbing 🧗, camping 🏕️, slacklining, and spending time outdoors. He’s also a proud dog owner to his Maltese, Brodie 🐶

Fun fact: His favorite travel spot is Red River Gorge in Kentucky 🌄 and he’d love to visit Germany for Oktoberfest someday 🍻

Big momentum at Millenia Moments! 🚧

Construction continues to move full speed ahead as the project reaches major milestones across all four buildings. Two of the buildings are already 100% dried in, with the remaining buildings close behind as we continue making steady progress toward the finish line.

MEP rough-ins are also well underway, bringing the vision for this community to life one step at a time.

Earlier this month, we celebrated the project’s continued progress with a topping out ceremony alongside more than 200 workers, trade partners, clients, and team members. Thanks to the generosity of TDC and our subcontractors, over $5,000 in raffle prizes were awarded to workers, along with BBQ catering sponsored by TDC. Clients also took time to personally thank the crews and provide prayer over the meal and jobsite — making it a meaningful day of appreciation and celebration for everyone involved.

We’re proud of the incredible teamwork driving this project forward. Stay tuned as Millenia Moments continues to take shape!

Olivia joins our Toledo office as a Project Coordinator this week! Outside of work, she’s passionate about fitness 💪, animals 🐾, and spending time with family and friends. She also volunteers with Nature’s Nursery and the Toledo Northwestern Ohio Food Bank 🙌

Fun fact: Her happy place is Northern Michigan 🌲 and she dreams of visiting Alaska someday 🏔️

We’re excited to share that construction has officially begun on Silver Birch Columbus, a new affordable assisted living community developed for Vermilion Development.

This project marks the third Silver Birch community The Douglas Company is building for Vermilion, following recent starts in Amherst and Canton. Construction began earlier this month and is expected to be completed in Spring 2027.
