📵 FUNNY… BUT NOT FUNNY.

Today has us all trying to remember what life was like BEFORE cell phones. 😂

Apparently, “just call them” gets a little complicated when most of us don’t have landlines anymore and widespread cell phone outages across the South decide to throw a wrench into the day.

If you’ve had trouble reaching us, experienced a delayed response, or felt frustrated trying to communicate with our team today, we sincerely apologize.

Excellent communication is part of the standard we hold ourselves to at Daniell, and today technology has made that a little more challenging than usual. Trust us, we get the frustration, too.

Thank you for your patience, your understanding, and for hanging in there with us while technology gets itself together.

In the meantime, several of us are considering buying a landline, finding a phone book, and practicing our cursive… just in case. 😂☎️

A day at Daniell just wouldn’t be a day without a little Zack & Codie mischief. 😂

Zack… buddy… one day you’re going to learn.

Codie doesn’t necessarily plan the chaos.

He waits.

He watches.

He sees an opportunity…

And Zack, bless your heart, YOU JUST KEEP GIVING HIM ONE. 🤣🤣

At this point, we’re not even sure who starts it anymore. We just know when these two are together, somebody better have a camera ready because something is probably about to happen.

They work hard.
They take great care of our customers.
And apparently, keeping each other humble is just part of the job description. 😂

Actually… Zack, maybe change just enough to stop making yourself such an easy target. 🤣

We haven’t posted nearly enough of our ridiculous tech reels lately.

And TRUST ME… it is NOT because the media girl hasn’t tried. 😂

She’s basically stalking these guys starting around 6 AM.

📱 Phone charged.
🎥 Camera ready.
👀 Waiting for someone to give her five minutes of chaos.

But here’s the problem…

Y’all actually need our techs to SHOW UP ON TIME. 🤣

And when the calls are coming in, customers need us, and our crews are headed out the door to keep homes and businesses comfortable… filming has to wait.

So we need YOUR help.

🎶 LOOK AT THIS PHOTOGRAPH… 🎶

And apparently every time Ethan does… it makes him laugh. 😂

Especially when the photograph is Codie. 💀

We talk a lot about our field crews because they’re the ones you see out in the community every day, but Daniell doesn’t run without the people working behind the scenes.

Ethan is one of the two guys holding down our warehouse, making sure our crews have what they need, when they need it. Parts need picked up? He’s on it. Supplies need delivered? He’s moving. Somebody in the field needs something ASAP? Ethan helps keep the wheels turning.

It truly takes an entire team to make Daniell possible, and we’re grateful for every single person who plays a part.

But we’re also grateful Ethan brings a sense of humor to work… because clearly the warehouse has its own entertainment department. 😂

So today we’re celebrating Ethan: warehouse crew, delivery guy, operations helper…and apparently lead vocalist of the Codie fan club. 🎤🤣

Thank you, Ethan, and thank you to ALL of our behind-the-scenes crew who keep us moving every day.

Today, the nonsense can wait. ❤️

You see our techs in your homes. You see them driving the Daniell trucks. And if you follow us here, you definitely see some of the ridiculous things that happen behind the scenes. 😂

But behind every uniform is a real person with a real life, a real family and a really big heart.

Today, CJ dropped his little girl off for her very first day of preschool. 🥹

And when he got to work afterward…well, Dad was feeling it a little.

No jokes from us today, CJ. Okay, maybe one: she’s probably doing better than you are. 😂❤️

So today we’re asking our Daniell family to help us give one of our own a little extra love.

Happy Monday. Hope everyone had a blessed and well rested weekend.

We really thought the weekend might be the moment Zack and Codie finally reconnected. Maybe a little forgiveness. Maybe a little maturity. Maybe even peace.

😂 Yeah… absolutely not.

The mayhem continued, and this time it was Codie’s turn.

Now, the social media girl wasn’t there in person… but thanks to the group text, I still got the whole thing.

📱 VIDEOS. TEXTS. RECEIPTS.
Y’all, the evidence is preserved. 😂

And Codie apparently woke up feeling extra bold, because he didn’t stop with Zack.

Oh no.

HE CAME FOR ME TOO.

My office got a little “redecorating” courtesy of Codie himself.

So naturally, I did what any calm, professional social media girl would do…

I became a set designer.

And if you saw the picture of Codie riding a donkey in pink cowboy boots… just know that was not random.

That was creative retaliation. 😂🐴🩷

At this point, nobody is safe.

Zack isn’t safe.
Codie isn’t safe.
My office clearly isn’t safe.

And thanks to that group text…

neither are the receipts. 😂

Maybe them filming separate is more fun for us after all.

🎉 IT’S THE WEEKEND!

For a lot of people, that means clocking out, making plans, and officially putting work on Do Not Disturb. 😎

But unfortunately… your HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems did NOT get the memo. 😂

Because emergencies don’t check the calendar.

They don’t care that it’s Friday night.
They don’t care that it’s Saturday.
And they definitely don’t care that you had plans. 👀

That’s why at Daniell, we always have an on-call crew ready to go.

🚨 24 hours a day. 7 days a week. 365 days a year.

Because when something goes wrong at your home, you shouldn’t have to hear, “We’ll see you Monday.”

You’ve got a weekend to enjoy. We’ll handle the emergency.

🚨 THE ZACK & CODIE SHENANIGANS CONTINUE… 🚨

Apparently, Codie filling Zack’s tech box with water bottles stirred up some feelings. 😂

And Zack? Well… Zack doesn’t just forgive and forget.

HE PLOTS. 😈

This time, he has a plan.

Let’s just say it involves a LOT of tape… and while Codie himself may be safe, Codie’s tech box absolutely is NOT. 😂

At this point, we have questions:

Will Zack ever emotionally recover from the tote of water?
What will Codie do when he sees this? 👀
What’s in store for Zack when Codie retaliates?
Will either of their tech boxes ever know peace again?!

And most importantly…

Are we ever getting the old Zack & Codie back?

Actually… never mind.

We’re having WAY more fun with these two like this. 😂😂

Current score: Codie 🤝 Zack, both completely unhinged.

Stay tuned. Because if we’ve learned anything, it’s that revenge at Daniell apparently comes with zip ties, screws, water bottles… and now TAPE.
