We thought we’d take you a little behind the scenes and introduce you to some of the people who make all things possible here at Daniell.
You know them as the technician who gets your air conditioner running again, the plumber who saves the day, or the electrician who solves the problem and gets life back to normal.
But there’s another side to many of these guys that you may not see.
They’re dads.
They’re the ones wearing two hats every single day.
One minute they’re diagnosing systems, solving problems, and helping families stay comfortable. The next they’re coaching ball teams, helping with homework, attending dance recitals, fixing scraped knees, and answering questions like, “Dad, can you help me?” before they’ve even had a chance to sit down.
They spend their days taking care of your family and their evenings taking care of their own.
And while they may be experts in HVAC, plumbing, and electrical, their most important job title isn’t Technician.
It’s Dad.
Over the next few days, we want to introduce you to some of the incredible fathers behind the Daniell name. The men who show up, work hard, love fiercely, and somehow manage to wear two hats with grace, patience, and maybe just a little caffeine.
To our Daniell Dads:
Thank you for the sacrifices.

Because let’s be honest, when you’re helping families stay comfortable, keeping the lights on, fixing plumbing problems, and saving the day, you’ve got to have a little fun along the way!

Around here you’ll find plenty of hard work, teamwork, laughter, random dance moves, questionable dad jokes, and the occasional office shenanigan that somehow make the day go by faster. 🎉

🚧 A Little Daniell Confession… 🚧

At Daniell, we take a lot of pride in being the company you can count on. We believe our team represents some of the very best in the industry, and we’re committed to earning your trust every single day.

As many of you know, we’ve grown to include a Gate Division. While our technicians are highly skilled professionals, the gate industry is a newer space for many of them, and we’re still learning and growing in that area.

This past Saturday, a customer told us something that caught our attention:

“I think your guys need more training.”

And you know what?

We agreed.

We believe feedback is a gift, especially when it helps us serve our customers better.

Today, we brought in one of our trusted industry partners, an expert with more than 20 years of experience in the gate industry, to spend time training and sharing knowledge with our team. We are incredibly fortunate to have access to someone with that level of expertise and grateful for his willingness to invest in our people.

The best part? The customer’s concern was resolved successfully on Saturday, and now our team is even more equipped, more confident, and better prepared moving forward.

At Daniell, we don’t believe in pretending we’re perfect. We believe in listening, learning, and getting better every day.
