Marine certification is a requirement for installers, and the documentation is submitted to the appropriate classification societies. When a seal support system on a process pump needs refilling, the cart doing the job has to keep up with the demand. A Gulf Coast customer came to us needing a pair of oil charge carts for their process pumps, and the commercially available options did not fit. They wanted a larger stainless steel reservoir and a hand-operated pump that delivers more fluid per stroke than standard carts typically offer.

Our team designed and built carts to those requirements, with stainless steel construction, a larger reservoir, rapid delivery, and a rugged, portable build suited to low or high pressure environments. Long lead times, limited customization, and high prices are common frustrations with off-the-shelf carts, so we build to the application instead.

BSA oil charge carts are available with stainless steel or coated carbon steel reservoirs, fifth-wheel or two-wheel hand truck styles, manual or air-operated pumps, on-board filtration, and hose reels and racks.

Every extra week of foundation cure time is another week of equipment sitting idle. ⏱️

HTC-5000 from Bill Spitzer & Associates is a rapid setting concrete with full hydration. It meets design strength in days, which can reduce foundation cure time by weeks compared to the 28 day standard for concrete. That helps get the foundation back sooner, reduce the outage, and get equipment back up and running.

The material can be batched at a high slump and pumps easily. It also meets foundation thermal control plans. On our most recent project, we batched and poured 192 yards and placed it in 6.5 hours.

For one Permian Basin frac operator, shoveling grease out of catch pans had become part of the daily routine. Packing failures were climbing, mechanics were covered in grease, and one fleet was stopped by the DOT until it was cleaned up.
