We're in the final days of construction at BMW of Beaumont, with the project on track for completion in August 2026.

This comprehensive renovation and expansion has transformed the showroom, service drive, and service department into a modern, customer-focused facility. The expanded and enclosed service drive provides dedicated space for technicians to perform diagnostics before vehicles enter the service shop, improving efficiency and enhancing the customer experience.

Inside the service department, new finishes, upgraded overhead doors, and air conditioning have created a more comfortable, high-performance work environment. The showroom has also been completely reimagined with a customer-friendly layout while bringing the facility into compliance with current windstorm and local building codes.

We're excited to see the finishing touches come together and look forward to delivering this exceptional dealership in the coming weeks.

The transformation at Mercedes-Benz of Beaumont is nearing the finish line! Scheduled for completion in August 2026, this comprehensive renovation is bringing the dealership in line with the latest Mercedes-Benz brand standards.

The project includes a complete interior renovation featuring a redesigned showroom layout, upgraded finishes, and modern technology to enhance the customer experience. Behind the scenes, the service department has been upgraded with new air conditioning and renovated locker rooms, creating a more comfortable and efficient environment for the dealership's technicians.

Construction continues to make great progress at Doggett DHMS & Toyota Lift – Katy.

The project has reached several exciting milestones with the tilt-wall panels erected, the roof installed, and overhead doors now in place. Outside, paving operations continue to shape the site, while inside, crews are advancing the interior wall layout and MEP rough-in.

It's exciting to see the building taking shape, and we're grateful for the dedication of our project team and subcontractor partners who continue to move the project forward safely and efficiently. We look forward to sharing more updates as construction progresses.

Project Progress – AEP | Victoria, TX

Construction continues to make great progress on our AEP project in Victoria, Texas—our third successful collaboration with AEP. The foundation for the main building has been completed, and crews have begun pouring the tilt-wall panels that will soon define the facility. Paving operations continue to move forward, while foundation preparation for the fleet building is well underway with the foundation pour scheduled for the upcoming week.

Across the remainder of the 23-acre site, sitework continues to advance, including ongoing work on utilities, grading, and the detention pond. Once complete, this development will feature two tilt-wall buildings totaling more than 70,000 square feet, providing regional offices, a service center, a parts warehouse, and indoor truck parking to support AEP's operations.

A special thank you to our dedicated employees, subcontractor partners, the AEP team, and MultiVista for capturing the progress of this project. We appreciate everyone's continued collaboration as we safely bring another successful project to life.

Our Project Management Team recently took a break from the office for their Spring Team Building Day, combining professional development with a little friendly competition.

The team kicked things off with a site walk at our Leif Johnson Ford project, where our Superintendent provided an in-depth look at the project's progress, discussed field coordination, and shared valuable insights into the day-to-day ex*****on that keeps our projects moving forward.

From there, the team headed into Austin to enjoy dinner together followed by some friendly competition at Topgolf. The weekend wrapped up with a visit to the Circuit of The Americas (COTA) to experience the excitement of Formula 1, learn more about the engineering and technology behind the cars, and watch the race.

Investing in our people and strengthening the relationships between our field and office teams helps us continue delivering exceptional projects for our clients.
