AEP Victoria Service Center is taking shape!

Progress continues across the 23-acre site as the new AEP Victoria Service Center moves further into vertical construction. The tilt-wall panels have now been erected, structural steel er****on is continuing, and major paving and sitework are progressing throughout the property. The project includes multiple structures totaling more than 70,000 SF that will provide regional office space, service areas, a parts warehouse, and indoor truck parking to support AEP’s operations in the Victoria area.

It’s exciting to see the scale of this project come together from above as our team continues pushing toward the next major milestones.

The City of Angleton King Municipal Operations Center is complete!

Named in honor of David L. King Sr., who served the City of Angleton as Public Works Director for 44 years, the new facility recognizes a legacy of service and dedication to the community.

From sitework and building er****on to interior finishes, MEP systems, and final paving, it has been exciting to watch this new municipal operations facility come together.

The completed KMOC provides the City of Angleton with a new facility designed to support its public works and operational teams while serving the community for years to come.

Thank you to the City of Angleton, iAD Architects, our project partners, subcontractors, and field team for helping bring another successful project across the finish line!
