Great evening at ULI Houston’s Conversation on Capital Markets.

The discussion reinforced the value Cornerstone brings to our clients: capital is still available, but projects need to be well-planned, well-budgeted, and clearly understood before major decisions are made.

The early planning process matters because every major project decision is connected. Understanding cost, schedule, financing, and long-term flexibility upfront helps owners make more confident decisions and avoid costly surprises later.
