Canvas' Austin Schmitz took the stage at the 2026 Modular Open Systems Approach (MOSA) Government-Industry Summit in National Harbor, Maryland!

Austin, who works alongside AFLCMC/EBZ through EPASS-79 at Eglin Air Force Base, moderated "Architecting for Acquisition: How Application of MOSA Enhances Program Ex*****on," bringing together representatives from the Department of War, RTX, STC, and The Aerospace Corporation.

As defense modernization accelerates, the ability to integrate new technologies, adapt existing systems, and validate performance is increasingly critical. MOSA is helping shape how these capabilities are developed and delivered, addressing many of the same integration challenges driving the future of missile defense.

Congratulations to Austin on representing Canvas and leading this important industry discussion!
