The shingles on this home in particular only lasted around 18 years when in reality should have lasted more around 30! Make sure you pick a roofer who gets the job done right 💪

A recent Presidential shingle install 😮‍💨

On this job we replaced the old wood shake and upgraded it to one of the coolest looking shingles out there! We love the textured look it left on this home.

We’re going to be signing off for a couple days, due to the holidays so we hope everyone has good thanksgiving ❤️

Why roof ventilation is so important ⚠️

There was only one section on this home that was ventilated properly and you can clearly see how the plywood was rotting underneath.

Without proper ventilation your attic will trap heat and moisture that will then degrade the integrity of your roof way faster.
