McClintock will be closed Saturday through Monday for the Labor Day holiday.

Our office will reopen on Tuesday, September 8th at 7:30 am.

Mini splits can collect a lot of dust, dirt, and buildup inside over time. These before, during, and after photos show what can be hiding behind the cover.

A good cleaning can help with airflow, comfort, and the air moving through your home.

If your mini split is not blowing like it used to or has not been cleaned in a while, it may be time to give it some attention.

When your outdoor AC unit looks like it had a rough day. 😬

Outdoor units are built to handle the weather, but they are not meant to be bumped, knocked, shifted, or left sitting crooked. If a unit gets hit or moves out of place, it can affect connections, refrigerant lines, airflow, drainage, and overall performance.

If your AC unit suddenly looks a little “sideways,” it is worth having it checked before it turns into a bigger issue.

Your AC should cool the house, not look like it lost a wrestling match. 😄

USA Today recently shared a study that says America’s ideal sleep temperature is around 67°F. That is a lot cooler than the often-mentioned 78°F thermostat setting. ❄️
