တချို့က Diagnostic Fee ယူတာ အလာကားနဲ့ ပိုက်ဆံတောင်းတယ်ပြော😃ပြီးရင် မယူဘဲ ကောင်းအောင်လုပ်ပေးပြီးနောက်မှ Service Fee တခုဘဲ တောင်းတော့ ဈေးကြီးတယ်ပြော😂 ဈေးလည်း စစ်ပြန်😂အချင်းချင်း ဆိုလို့ ဈေးသက်သက်တာတာ လုပ်ပေးပြန်တော့လည်း အခွင့်အရေးက လိုက်လာပြန်😄

သိစရာ မှတ်စရာ

AC ကိုဖွင့်လိုက်တာနဲ့ indoor furnace (air handler) ကနေ “မီ…” လို့ hum အသံ ကြားနေရင် အောက်ပါအကြောင်းရင်းတွေကြောင့် ဖြစ်နိုင်ပါတယ်။

1. Transformer (24V Transformer)
* Transformer က အနည်းငယ် hum အသံထွက်တာက ပုံမှန်ဖြစ်နိုင်ပါတယ်။
* ဒါပေမယ့် အသံအရမ်းကျယ်လာရင် transformer ချို့ယွင်းနေနိုင်ပါတယ်။
2. Contactor ကို 24V ပို့နေခြင်း
* Thermostat က AC ကိုခေါ်တဲ့အခါ control board က contactor ကို 24V ပို့ပါတယ်။
* Contactor coil သို့မဟုတ် control circuit မှာ short ရှိရင် hum အသံထွက်ပြီး fuse ပျက်နိုင်ပါတယ်။
3. Blower Relay သို့မဟုတ် Fan Relay
* Relay က အပြည့်မဆွဲနိုင်ရင် buzz/hum အသံထွက်နိုင်ပါတယ်။
4. Blower Motor
* Motor ပိတ်ကပ်နေခြင်း၊ capacitor မကောင်းခြင်း (PSC motor ဖြစ်ရင်) သို့မဟုတ် motor ချို့ယွင်းခြင်းကြောင့် hum အသံသာထွက်ပြီး မလည်နိုင်ပါ။

၂။ အပြင်ရှိတဲ့ Condenser ကို ညစ်ပတ်နေလို့
၃။ Compressor ပျက်နေလို့
၄။ Capacitor အားကုန်နေလို့
၅။ Capacitor လဲ ရင် fan motor နဲ့ ကိုက်ညီတဲ့ volt အားကို လဲသင့်တယ်။
၆။ အထဲမှာ ရှိတဲ့ Coil နဲ့ Case တွေ ညစ်ပတ်နေလို့
၇။ Heat Pump AC ဆိုရင် TXV ပျက်နေလို့

ဒီအကြံပြုချက်ကို သေချာ သိချင်တယ်၊ ဘယ်လို လုပ်ရမလဲ ဆိုတာ မသိရင် AC Service ကို ခေါ်ပါ။
