This week, we’re excited to shine the spotlight on James, our incredible HVAC Supervisor, who has been a key part of the Bussanmas Heating and Cooling team for an amazing 17 years! 👏🔥❄️
🔧What led you to work in this field?
“I started working in this field because it is a high-demand trade, and you’re able to live anywhere and still find work.”
🏆Which professional achievement are you most proud of?
“I am most proud of how far we’ve come. I was able to help build the company from just 5 of us starting out at the time to what it is now with over 50 technicians. We’re also one of the best in Iowa, proven by our quality of work and the high standards we’ve implemented throughout the years.”
💙What do you love most about the company or your role?
“I love being able to lead and train our crews as supervisor to be the best in service, replacements, and new construction. I was looking for a place to call home 17 years ago, and the company turned into my extended family.”
🏎️What do you like to do in your free time?
James enjoys many things, but at the top of his list is spending Saturday nights racing his IMCA stock car in Boone with his wife! 🏁🏎️ He also loves finding live music and concerts to attend with her. When he’s not at the track or enjoying a show, you can find him fishing, hunting, trap shooting, or simply spending quality time with his family. 🎣🦌🎶❤️
James has played an incredible role in the growth of Bussanmas Heating and Cooling over the past 17 years. From helping build the company from a team of just five to helping lead and train more than 50 technicians today, his dedication, leadership, and commitment to quality have made a lasting impact.
