Today we're celebrating our talented interns who have spent their summer learning, growing, and making an impact at PRVN.

We concluded an unforgettable weekend celebrating PRVN's 15th Anniversary at Monona Terrace, overlooking beautiful Lake Monona.

The venue provided the perfect backdrop to reflect on our journey, celebrate our accomplishments, and recognize the incredible people who have helped shape PRVN along the way.

One of the highlights of the evening was recognizing employees celebrating milestone work anniversaries. Congratulations to Erin Vaughn, Ondrej Stonawski, and Michaela Esveld on reaching five years with PRVN. We would also like to recognize Mike Oxyer for reaching 15 years of dedicated service.

Thank you to our employees, clients, families, and friends for being part of our story. Here's to the next chapter and many more years of growth and success together!

To celebrate 15 years of PRVN, we decided to do something a little different this year by bringing our annual summer party to Madison, Wisconsin!

We kicked off the weekend on Friday evening with a welcome social at Brass Ring, giving everyone the chance to reconnect over food, drinks, and a little friendly competition.

Saturday offered something for everyone as our team spent the day golfing at Pleasant View Golf Course, kayaking with Brittingham Boats, or relaxing on a pontoon boat. It was the perfect opportunity to enjoy Madison's beautiful scenery and each other's company.

It was a great day of connection, laughter, and making memories outside the office. Stay tuned as we share highlights from our evening celebration at Monona Terrace!

As we approach our 15-year anniversary, we're proud to be opening a new location in Muscatine and reconnecting with the community where it all started.

Today, on International Day of Women & Girls in Science, we’re proud to recognize the impact women are making in STEM and in our industry.

Next week at Campus Energy 2026, Michaela Esveld, Mechanical Engineer III at PRVN, will present Reimagining Legacy Cooling Assets: University of Nebraska's City Campus Utility Plant Steam Turbine Chiller. She’ll be joined by Charlie Griesen, Utility Project Manager at the University of Nebraska, and Victor Teixeira, Utility Project Engineer II at the University of Nebraska.
