workers and 20 professional office staff. MLC employees perform much of the actual construction... sitework with heavy equipment, concrete, some masonry, steel erection, carpentry, casework, and painting. Office personnel include financial personnel, support staff, estimators, project managers, IT, and draftsmen. Next door to this office is MLC’s complete casework shop where desks, cabinets, shelves, etc. We are a member of the Architectural Woodwork Institute (AWI) so you can be assured that the casework on a McComas-Lacina Construction project will be on time and of top quality.
