Things are really coming together out here at Ingredion for Phase 1 🔧🔥

Our crew has been busy setting metal laboratory casework and getting those phenolic tops in place. Joining the seams with epoxy resin always takes patience and a steady hand, but the team handled it like pros.

The fume hood was brought in by the Owner from another lab space, so we worked it into the layout and kept the whole operation moving without missing a beat.

Feels good watching this space transform day by day. More progress on the way 💪

It’s always exciting to see a local idea come to life — especially one that brings people together.

We were proud to be part of Two 20th Point, a brand new eatery in the Amana Colonies serving up acai bowls, charcuterie boards, and more. Our team handled the wood framing and drywall work in the food prep area and front counter, helping turn this historic space into a warm and modern spot for the community to enjoy.

Huge congrats to owner Karle Snyder and the team for officially opening during Oktoberfest! If you’re in the area, stop by, grab a bite, and check out the transformation.

We’ve been working on a brand new eatery called Two 20th Point, taking care of the wood framing and drywall work for the food prep area and front counter. It’s always fun being part of projects that bring new flavor to the community.

They’ll be serving up acai bowls, charcuterie boards, and more — and officially opened their doors during Oktoberfest! We’ll keep sharing updates as things come together.

Phase 1 at Ingredion is shaping up nicely.

Our crew installed new metal laboratory casework and phenolic tops, joining every seam with epoxy resin for a seamless, durable finish. The fume hood was provided by the Owner and brought in from another lab space, and our team made sure it fit like it was built to be there.

Finished up this renovation at the Boyd Law Building just in time for school to start 📚✨

Our team provided new cabinets, countertops, flooring, and a fridge — plus moved and reworked the bookshelves to open up the space. Pulled it all together in just two weeks, and we couldn’t be happier with how it turned out.

Clean, modern, and ready for another busy school year 👷‍♂️🔨

Up close at the University of Iowa’s Voxman Music Building 🏗️

We used a snorkel lift to inspect a lower rooftop above the glass facade after birds caused some damage and leaks. Cleaned it up, sealed it tight, and got the drainage working like it should.

Permanent fix coming soon to keep the feathered neighbors away for good.

Keeping things clean, safe, and controlled while working inside the UIHC operating room 🏥💪

Every piece of equipment is protected and sealed to make sure nothing is disturbed during the process. Projects like this take extra care and planning, but that’s what it takes to do the job right — especially in a space where precision matters most.

Had to replace the fan units at an indoor tennis facility. Definitely not your average day on the job.

The crew handled this one like pros, staying safe and steady while working way up high with limited tie-off options. Harnesses on, heads up, and teamwork all the way.

Our crew has been hard at work clearing out this old structure to make way for something new. From the excavator doing the heavy lifting to the last board pulled 🪚 every step is about making progress and setting the stage for what’s next.

It’s always rewarding to see a site transform right in front of us. Big things coming soon.

This one was a true team win and the transformation is something we are genuinely proud of. 💯

It was never just about replacing flooring. It was about building a space where students and staff can feel comfortable, focus better, and enjoy being there. The carpet adds warmth and instantly makes the whole room feel more welcoming.

Every person on the crew played a role in making it happen. From hauling out the old materials to making sure every seam and edge was perfect, the team gave it their all. Those small details are what take a project from good to great, and we made sure every one was spot on. 🎯

Now the room is ready for its next chapter and it feels amazing knowing we helped create a better space for everyone who walks through those doors. 🚪✨
