This is the most recent house trimmed for Advantage Homes and was featured in this year's Parade of Homes. It turned into a gorgeous home complete with accent walls, multiple barn doors, a finished garage, a beautiful bar in the lower level overlooking a fireplace with a shiplap surround with glass shelves.

Been working the past few weeks on a very large project for Advantage Homes to be featured in this year's Parade of Homes. Installed this beam in the great room. More pictures to come within the month!

Wrapped up this bar area for a customer this week. All the shelves were custom built and designed by Levi's Construction. This bar features a combination of custom built cabinetry as well as pre built. The custom work was stained and built to match the pre built cabinets. All the doors are equipped with RFID key card locks for childproofing. The glass for the shelves were custom cut by me, and the laminate tops were cut to fit by me. The only part of this project not completed by Levi's Construction was the plumbing.

Overall, the customer was thrilled with the final product, which is the end goal I always strive to accomplish. Looking to have some custom cabinetry built and installed? Feel free to reach out!

This week will be a week of mostly shop work. Here is a work in progress picture of a custom cabinet that will go on the end of a run of cabinets and into an angled wall. This particular cabinet will have a stack of small cubbies to hold wine bottles. Stay tuned for some finished photos in the near future!
