Meet Jeff and Isaiah! 👋

These two are part of the crew putting in the hands-on work that brings our projects to life. They’re both talented installers, hardworking, and, most importantly, good friends who make a great team.

You’ll find them out on the job getting the work done, paying attention to the details, and probably giving each other a hard time while they’re at it. 😂

We’re grateful to have guys like Jeff and Isaiah on the Slater Floors team. The craftsmanship matters, but having good people behind the work makes all the difference. 🏡🔨

⭐️ A Vision Brought to Life ⭐️

What started as a picture and an idea became this incredible fully custom cabinet, handcrafted specifically for our client’s home.

Don took the original concept and turned it into reality, crafting the piece in his shop before bringing it to our warehouse for assembly. From there, our Slater Floors team carefully transported and installed it in the home, and Don came back to add the finishing hardware and final touches.

It took weeks of work, attention to detail, and a whole lot of teamwork to bring this one together and the finished product is truly something special.

A huge shoutout to Don at Don Naughtin Custom Woodwork for the incredible craftsmanship that went into every detail, and to our Slater Floors team for the hard work that went into getting this beautiful piece from the shop to its new home.

We’re proud to be part of projects where we get to see an idea go from concept 💡 → craftsmanship 🔨 → completion ✔️

Meet the Team Monday: Steve ✨

If Slater Floors had a baseball team, Steve would definitely be our utility player. ⚾

Steve primarily handles estimating and project management, but that’s definitely not all he does. From picking up materials and keeping the warehouse organized to making sure our vehicles stay maintained and jumping in wherever he’s needed, Steve is always willing to lend a hand.

Basically, if something needs to get done, there’s a pretty good chance Steve can help make it happen!

We’re lucky to have someone who’s always ready to step up, pitch in, and keep things moving. Thanks for being our go to guy, Steve! 💛🖤

Meet The Team Monday ✨

Meet our dynamic duo that keeps our projects moving!

If you’ve been around one of our job sites, you’ve probably run into Kristan and Mo!

As our project managers, Kristan and Mo are the ones meeting with contractors on-site, checking in on jobs, supporting our installers, and making sure every project runs smoothly from start to finish. And if an extra set of hands is needed, don’t be surprised to see them jump right in and get to work themselves.

Kristan brings years of experience, while Mo knows the work from the ground up, having been an installer for Slater Floors herself.

These two are hardworking, knowledgeable, and always keep things fun around the job site. Whether they’re putting out fires, sharing a laugh, or making sure every detail is just right, we’re lucky to have them on the Slater Floors team!
