Last week, FBE was proud to be a sponsor and attend the Hospitality Ventures Management Group Conference at the Hard Rock Hotel Daytona Beach.

Our Owner Joe Hurst and VP Austin Andrew Papaik had the opportunity to spend the week connecting with HVMG leadership, engineers, vendors, and industry partners while supporting an event that reflects the collaboration it takes to keep hospitality properties operating at a high level.

During our recent full PIP renovation of the Hampton Inn Lenox, MA, our long-term client approached us with a new opportunity mid-construction: reimagine the full suite rooms into additional king and queen standard rooms to better align with revenue and profitability goals.

We got to work—fast.

Our team at FBE collaborated closely with ownership to redesign, adapt, and execute this transition seamlessly, delivering these newly converted rooms just one month after the completion of the full hotel renovation.

The result? A smarter room mix, increased revenue potential, and a property positioned for stronger long-term performance.

Three days into a project takeover — and construction is already moving again 💼🏗️

When the original GC fell behind and the project lost momentum, ownership asked Foundation Business Enterprises, LLC (FBE) to step in, stabilize the job, and get the renovation back on track. We’re grateful for the continued trust.

Just three days into the takeover, our team has already:\
• Opened and organized 31 shipping containers of previously untracked materials and FF&E
• Assessed stored materials and aligned them with the renovation schedule
• Mobilized crews and launched active construction on multiple floors
• Started multiple scopes throughout guest floors and public areas

Taking over a project midstream isn't just about building. It's about leading, staying organized, and getting things done right.

Proud of how quickly our team brought structure and momentum back to this project.
