At Missouri’s electric cooperatives, you’re more than just a customer — you’re a member-owner.

That means local decisions are made with our communities in mind, not by shareholders far away. From powering homes and farms to supporting schools, youth programs, scholarships, and rural development, cooperatives are built to serve the people who rely on them every day.

Because when communities thrive, we all thrive.

Learn more about the cooperative difference and what it means to be member-owned.

Safety is more than a priority — it's a commitment to our people. ⚡️

In April, electric cooperative employees from across the country gathered in St. Louis for NRECA's Safety Leadership Summit to share ideas, learn from one another and strengthen the safety cultures that protect cooperative employees and the communities they serve.

Missouri's electric cooperative family was proud to play a leading role in the event, with cooperative leaders and employees contributing their expertise through keynote discussions and breakout sessions focused on safety, leadership, technology and employee well-being.

Fire up the grill instead of the oven, summertime is here! ☀️🥩😎

Cooking outdoors helps keep heat out of your home, reducing the strain on your air conditioner and helping improve energy efficiency.

A great cookout tastes even better when it helps lower your energy use.

As communities gather to celebrate on Memorial Day, we honor those who served and sacrificed for the freedoms we enjoy every day. 🇺🇸

Missouri’s electric cooperatives are built different — because we’re member owned.

That means the people we serve are the people who guide us. From powering homes and farms to supporting local communities, every decision is made with our members in mind.

We’re proud to keep rural Missouri connected, powered and thriving. ⚡💙
