How To Win Disputes ๐ŸŽฏ๐Ÿ™Œ๐Ÿป

One of the most stressful things that can happen to a small business owner:

A customer disputes a charge with their bank.

Then, the money you earned is frozen! :(

You now have a limited window to respond.

And... if you don't have documentation, you lose even if you did everything right (provided the service / product).

This happens more than people talk about. Has it ever happned to you?

For small businesses without a system, it's often a loss before the fight even starts...

Thats why it's important to have terms and condition checkboxes during online checkout or noted details on invoices that are paid.

Agreements that are signed off on won't hurt as well. These help create accountability for both parties (you and them).

Getting paid is hard enough. Defending what you earned shouldn't have to be also.

This dispute took us almost 4 months to recover funds from...

It's not a huge amount, but it is the pricnciple of the matter. We provided the services and work and deserved to be paid.

Have you ever dealt with a payment dispute? How did it go?

Less "Busy" Work = A Daily Win ๐Ÿ† ๐Ÿ™Œ๐Ÿป

Less "Busy" Work = A Daily Win ๐Ÿ† ๐Ÿ™Œ๐Ÿป

Manually moving data from one app to another costs you two things:

Time. And. Focus... (would having 184 less tasks to do a week help, keep reading)

1. A new form submission comes in = You have copy it into your CRM.

2. A new invoice is paid = You manually update a spreadsheet.

3. A lead comes through your website = You add them to your email list yourself.

4. A new appointment books = You send a confirmation text by hand.

5. A new form submission comes in = You have copy it into your CRM.

Each of these task takes 2โ€“5 minutes. Multiply that by 20 tasks a day, 5 days a week.

That's up to 8 hours a week spent on copy-paste work that a machine could do in seconds.

A full day of work simply moving data... yuck! :(

Zapier connects your apps so data flows automatically between them with no code, no developer, no headache.

The CHALLENGE without it:

1. Manual data entry across multiple platforms
2. Mistakes from human error
3. Hours lost to repetitive, low-value tasks
4. Bottlenecks when you're too busy to update things

The WIN with it:

1. New lead in your form = automatically added to CRM + email sequence
2. New Stripe payment = automatically logs in your accounting software
3. New Google review = automatically posted to your social media
4. Appointment booked = automatically sends reminder texts

SOLO LINK integrates with tools like Zapier to make sure your entire business ecosystem works together... not against each other.

What two apps in your business do you wish talked to each other? Tell us below we may have a simple fix :)

That meeting could have been an email... ๐Ÿคฃ

That meeting could have been an email... ๐Ÿคฃ

Have you ever been part of a 30-minute meeting that could have been an email...?

Now raise your hand if some emails would take 3 paragraphs to explain something that could have just been more easily shown?

That's the gap Loom was built for.

Loom lets you record your screen, your face, or both and send a link instead of booking a calendar slot.

The CHALLENGES you face without it are:

1. "Can we hop on a quick call?" becomes a 45-minute meeting
2. Your team waits on you to explain things in real time
3. Time zones can make collaboration and scheduling a nightmare
4. Great ideas get lost because you can't find time to meet :(

The WIN with using Loom:

1. Record a 3-minute walkthrough instead of a 30-minute how to meeting
2. Your team watches it when it a time works for them
3. You explain something once... and it lives forever :)
4. Clients get video proposals that feel more personal and professional

At SOLO LINK, we use tools like Loom because we believe your time should go toward your customers not your calendar.

What's one meeting you could replace with a quick video this week? Drop it below.

We saved over 19 meetings last month using loom (almost 1 less meeting a day!)

Its always about the people โค๏ธ๐Ÿ”ฅ

It's Friday, and we're doing something different today.

No pitch. No features. No automation talk lol.

Just a shoutout to the small business owners who made it through another week.

The week that had a difficult customer, a delayed shipment, an employee call-out, a slow Tuesday, and somehow still ended with the doors open and the lights still on.

You did that, and we want to salute you!

Here's what we know about local small business owners:

You give more back to your communities.

You hire local. You support local vendors. You sponsor the little league team.

You remember your customers' names. Their kids' names. Their anniversaries.

That's not just owning a business. That's called, humanity.

SOLO LINK exists because we believe businesses like yours deserve to thrive, not just survive.

This Friday: tell us your business name, your city, and what you do so we can celebrate you!

We're building a community of local business owners right here in the comments.

The playing field is now leveled ๐Ÿ”ฅ๐Ÿ˜Ž

The playing field is now leveled ๐Ÿ”ฅ๐Ÿ˜Ž

For decades, big companies had the advantage...

They could afford marketing teams, 24/7 customer service, automated follow-ups, enterpirse CRM software, and data analytics.

Small businesses got... a spreadsheet, a clip board, and a prayer.

Not anymore though!

In 2026, the tools that used to cost $10,000/month now cost less than a used car payment.

We are talking:

1.) AI that answers your customers questions while you sleep.
2.) Automated follow-ups that converts leads you used to lose.
3.) Review systems that build your online reputation on autopilot.
4.) A CRM that remembers every customer conversation for you.
5.) Email and text marketing your business sends out weekly.

The playing field is now leveled like never before!

Where we see big corp doing massive layoffs, you are positioned for massive growth.

The local plumber, the neighborhood retail shop, the family restaurant... you now have access to the same horsepower as the big guys.

The only question is: Are you going to using it?

This is your era. The tools are ready. The only thing left is the decision to make.

What would you do with 10 extra hours a week in your business? Tell me below.

Real talk... โคต๏ธ๐Ÿ˜ฎ

Real talk... โคต๏ธ๐Ÿ˜ฎ

What nobody tells you about owning a local business...

You'll become an expert in things you never trained for :)

The restaurant owner who became a social media manager.

The electrician who became an HR department.

The retail owner who became a bookkeeper, scheduler, customer service rep, and marketer, all before noon.

You didn't sign up to do all of it. But you do it anyway.

Because you love what you built (it's your baby).
Because your team is counting on you (you're committed).
Because quitting isn't in your vocabulary (you're all in).

Here's what we believe at SOLO LINK:

You should spend 90% of your time doing the thing you're great at...

Not chasing leads. Not answering repetitive emails and DM's. Not manually texting asking for online review requests.

The automation to fix this exists. The AI for it exists. The systems al ready exist.

You just need someone to set it up with you, and that's exactly what we do!

To every local business owner grinding today:

You're the reason local communities thrive. You matter more to your home town than any corporate chain ever will.

Tag a small business owner who deserves to hear this today (keep their fuel buring).

Just saying... ๐Ÿ˜Ž
05/27/2026

Just saying... ๐Ÿ˜Ž

Do you know what the most dangerous thing a small business owner can do in 2025?

Choose to keep running the way they did in 2019...

The world around you has changed and the tools that help you compete changed even more with it.

If you're operating "old school" do you think it gives you andvantage in todays world?

Your competitors are now:

1.) Automatically following up with every lead within 5 minutes (faster sales)

2.) Getting 3-4x more Google reviews because their system asks every customer (more recognition)

3.) Running their entire business inbox from one screen texts, emails, DMs, all of it (more organized)

4.) Responding to website visitors at midnight with AI chat (always online)

HEre's the real kicker though... They might have a smaller team than you!

The gap isn't hustle anymore (old school). It's systems (hello 2026).

You can outwork any one individual. But you can't outwork a machine that never sleeps...

But the good news is, you don't have to build this machine. We'll build it with you.

SOLO LINK is designed for local business owners doing under $3M.

Not giant tech companies, not enterprise level businesses, not people who have a full marketing team on their roster.

We are here to serve just you and your small team of local hero's with a system that finally matches how hard you all actually work.

What's the one thing you're still doing manually that's eating your time (we all have them, share with us)?

This is what we do โค๏ธ๐Ÿ”ฅ

This is what we do โค๏ธ๐Ÿ”ฅ

A client of ours was organizing annual promotion packages...

They needed sponsors. They had us at SOLO LINK help with the heavy lifting.

We made a simple landing page and a form that automatically:

1.) Captured sponsor interest with tiered package options
2.) Sent a personalized follow-up email instantly with full sponsorship details
3.) Notified the organizer in real-time when a high-value sponsor submitted

The Result: Over $100K in sponsorship commitments. All from a single form on a simple landing page!

Not from an ad campaign. Just a smart, automated intake system that made every prospect feel like they were the one winning with the package they chose.

They had the brand, the audience, and the lead program organizer all set in place for success.

What they were missing was a simple system to take what took days of work prior to now happen in just a few short hours.

Your landing pages and intake forms are either working for you or against you.

What's yours doing right now? We can help at SOLO LINK.

The impact was incredible ๐Ÿ˜ฎ

The impact was incredible ๐Ÿ˜ฎ

A restaurant owner came to us before their new big event. No past event buying customer list. No past event reviews... Just a dream and a launch date.

Here's what we set up in 24 hours for them using SOLO LINK:

1.) A landing page with the event offer
2.) A social media post campaign to publicly annouce the event
2.) An automated email and text follow-up for every person who signed up

The Result: $3,700 in event revenue in under 24hours, all before they served a single customer!

None of this from running any ads. Just the right offer postioned well for those they serve.

All from a system that captured interest and followed up automatically while the owner was free to focus on other items the restuaurant needed.

This is what a smart business system looks like. You don't need to be big to run like a big business.

What would $3,700 in pre-event revenue do for your business? We can help.

Question... ๐Ÿค”โคต๏ธ

Question... ๐Ÿค”โคต๏ธ

Quick poll for my small business owners: Which one of these is your biggest money drain right now?

A) Missed calls and slow or no follow-up
B) Meeting no-shows and last-minute cancellations
C) Chasing online reviews and referrals manually
D) Spending too much time on things that should be automated

Drop your letter in the comments.

I'll share the most common answer AND the fix SOLO LINK uses to solve it for free, in this thread.

(Spoiler: it's almost always A or B. And there's fraemwork we have that handles both on autopilot.)
