As one of the top excavation teams in North Texas, it is always our biggest pleasure to showcase our skills with a new builder. In this case we first demoed an existing 20’ x 40’ existing diving pool. We removed 80% of the existing shell and hauled out the spoils. The remaining portion had drain holes punched through, gravel backfilled, and finally packed and compacted soil on top.

We staked out the new oversized freeform pool and spa. Excavated and placed a gravel floor. We finalized the project by driving in (6) US certified steel helical piers to maximum resistance.

Another solid project for one of our veteran builders. This oversized play pool with spa has a 6” gravel floor and (12) US certified steel helical piers. They all locked in at maximum refusal ranging from 19’ to 26’ depths. This pool will not be going anywhere.

Starting off the week on a great note with this oversized play pool, tanning ledge, and negative edge spa. The builder decided to create a sunk-in fire pit area on one end of the project. No issue for the Noble Excavation and Demo crew.

Ended last week on a high note welcoming our newest builder to the Noble family. And what a way to start off our new relationship, with this 1000 sq. ft. diving pool with tanning ledge and raised spa. 26 tandem loads were moved out of this excavation.

900 sq ft play pool and spa with elevated tanning ledge. Formed footings and 4” gravel base.

The rains have passed and now we will continue with the catch up. Today we welcomed another new member to the Noble family with this oversized play pool and raised beams.

We pushed through two rain stoppages and finished up this multilevel freeform pool today. Raised forms, plywood backing, and gravel floor and finalized by helping the builder cover up with plastic.
