🎃 Things have been getting a little spooktacular around TREKK this week! 👻 In St. Louis, they celebrated with their annual Halloween happy hour and costume contest. Congratulations to Jessie Borgmann for her winning rendition of Toph Beifong from Avatar: The Last Airbender! Our Springfield team showcased their creative skills at a pumpkin carving party.

As for Kansas City? Let’s just say there have been reports of some pretty sketchy characters roaming the halls at TREKK headquarters. If you see them, maybe just...take the long way to your desk. If you safely make it to the break room, check out some more amazing pumpkin carving creations!

Happy Halloween from all of us at TREKK!

Yesterday, TREKK’s Tawn Nugent, Erica Ridgway and Isabella Tibbets joined MoDOT Southwest Missouri for its 7th & 8th Graders Go To Work event, giving students a firsthand look at the many careers that keep our communities moving. Students explored everything from maintenance and surveying to traffic, construction and more. TREKK's transportation team helped lead the session on design, planning and right of way.

We loved having the opportunity to share what we do and show students just how many paths a career in transportation can take. We hope the experience sparked some curiosity and maybe even inspired a few future engineers, planners and transportation professionals!
