Our team is making great progress on this 582,000 SF spec warehouse. Scope includes a 8" slab-on-grade, 9.25" and 10" tilt walls, 445,000 SF of paving, 38 dock pits, 4 dock ramps, and a pump room roof. Looking forward to bringing this project across the finish line.
