What a transformation! 👏

We shared this project while it was underway, and now we’re excited to show you the finished product! Here are a few before, during, and after photos so you can see the transformation from start to finish.

There’s nothing more satisfying than seeing a project come together and looking back at where it started. We’re extremely happy with how this roof turned out!

What a transformation.

This home received a full shingle tear-off, followed by 1x4 furring strips and a brand-new textured black WeatherMax metal roof. We finished it off with matching black gutters, and the final result speaks for itself.

We love the clean, timeless look of black metal, and this was a beautiful choice by a wonderful customer.

WE’RE HIRING!

Wharton Roof & Structures is looking to add another full-time team member to our post-frame building crew.

Starting pay is $25/hour, with higher pay available based on experience and the value you bring to the team.

We’re looking for someone who:

* Is dependable and shows up ready to work.
* Is comfortable driving a pickup truck with trailers (dump trailer, tool trailer, etc.).
* Is willing to learn and work hard.

You do not need years of construction experience. If you’ve got a good attitude, a strong work ethic, and you’re willing to learn, we’ll teach you the rest.

As our company continues to grow, there will be opportunities to move into leadership, sales, operations, and other positions depending on your goals.

WE ARE HIRING!

We’re growing and looking for a few more good people to join our crew.

Right now we’re mainly looking for people who want to build post-frame buildings. If you’re willing to work hard, plug in, and learn, we’d love to talk with you.

Starting pay is $25/hour for someone who’s ready to work and learn. If you already have construction experience, pay will be based on your experience and what you bring to the team.

We’re not looking for perfect—we’re looking for dependable. Show up on time, take pride in your work, treat people right, and we’ll invest in you.

As we continue to grow, there will be opportunities to move into leadership, sales, operations, and other positions depending on your goals, your strengths, and where you want to go within the company. We want this to be a place where you can build a career—not just collect a paycheck.
