Future builders, designers, and leaders of University of Tennessee, Knoxville's Women in Construction group toured the new Tennessee College of Applied Technology - Knoxville campus with us last week.

And our own UTK Architecture intern, Danielle Bergeron, led the tour, giving her fellow students an inside look at the project while sharing her experience as an aspiring architect working in the construction industry.

📋 Final details are loading at Tennessee College of Applied Technology - Jacksboro and we're nearing the punch list phase!

The newly constructed facility will support a variety of technical education programs through flexible, industry-focused learning environments. Spaces include a mix of high-bay and standard laboratory areas, classrooms, covered storage, and dedicated zones for faculty, staff, and student support.

Denark is proud to be nearing completion of the new $77 million Tennessee College of Applied Technology - Knoxville campus. Thank you to WBIR Channel 10 and Nicole Vargas for highlighting the impact this project will have on workforce development in East Tennessee.

The new campus will provide modern instructional spaces, advanced training labs, and flexible learning environments designed to support evolving industry needs for years to come.

This project is especially meaningful for our team. Denark Senior Project Manager John Farner, who attended TCAT Knoxville early in his own educational journey, is now helping deliver the facility that will create similar opportunities for future generations.
