Yesterday marked an exciting milestone as we celebrated the ribbon cutting for the Fentress County Higher Education Center, a transformational new facility that will expand access to higher education and workforce training opportunities in the region. The center will serve Roane State Community College and Tennessee College of Applied Technology - Oneida/Huntsville, providing state-of-the-art learning environments designed to prepare students for high-demand careers.

Denark is proud to have partnered on this project as Construction Manager at Risk, helping bring this vision to life for the students, educators, and communities of Fentress County and beyond. Congratulations to Roane State Community College, TCAT Oneida/Huntsville, local leaders, and everyone who contributed to making this project a reality.

Completed in 2022, the Ruth & Steve West Workforce Development Center is a 51,000-square-foot facility located on Pellissippi State Community College's Blount County Campus. In partnership with Tennessee College of Applied Technology - Knoxville, this facility creates opportunities for students, workforce development programs, and industry partners across East Tennessee.

From welding and mechatronics to IT, culinary arts, and engineering pathways, the center continues to prepare the next generation for high-demand careers. We're honored to have played a role in bringing this vision to life.
