Experiencing Low Airflow? Here Are 5 Common Causes!
If your HVAC system isn’t moving enough air, the problem could be:
🔹 Clogged filters – Dust and pet hair restrict airflow.
🔹 Blocked vents – Furniture, rugs, or curtains can block registers.
🔹 Frozen coils – Ice buildup can severely reduce airflow.
🔹 Leaky ductwork – Loose joints or holes can let conditioned air escape.
🔹 Blower motor issues – A dirty, worn, or failing motor may not move enough air.
Not sure what’s causing your low airflow?
Ask yourself:
➡️ Is the problem affecting all rooms or just one area?
➡️ Do you see ice on the indoor unit or refrigerant lines?
If you’re experiencing airflow problems, Evergreen Heating & Cooling can help diagnose the issue.
