We lift homes, even ones on islands🏝️😎🤘🏽
Check out the most recent foundation repair lift from our team!

This home was built in the 1930’s and in the last 90+ years it has settled or sunk as much as 3 inches in some areas.

This settlement resulted in recurring cracks both on the interior and exterior of the home.. doors and windows that would stick.. and a sloping feeling in the floors.

The homeowner was getting ready to start a massive, complete remodel of the property.. and that meant getting the foundation stabilized.

Our specialist, Joe Harris, performed the initial evaluation and took floor elevation measurements to get an idea of what they were working with.

Once he had floor elevation measurements he was able to design a repair plan that would stabilize the homes foundation and ensure it doesn’t continue to settle or sink.

Joe’s repair plan would consist of 24 steel push piers along with some polyurethane to fill the voids after the lift.

These push piers ended up being driven about 60 feet on average to find competent, load-bearing soils😳

What you’re seeing in this video is the process of transferring the home’s load from the soils at the surface to the push piers.

And during the process we’re able to lift and recover some of the settlement!

Have you ever seen a home being lifted like this?🤨

They’re flocking this way🦖🦅

Sometimes when the crews hear the drone coming, they start running😂

This one was at our foundation stabilization for a big raised foundation in San Diego. We had close to 500 linear feet of this structure to stabilize with many post & pad replacements along with some new girder beams.

Have you ever seen a crawlspace so big you could stand in it?

One of three bridges were stabilizing in Ramona⛳️🏌🏼

Over the years the concrete structures supporting this bridge have deteriorated..

We’re fixing the concrete then wrapping it in a bidirectional carbon fiber to give these bridges many more years of use for the golf club and its members.

Tune in Monday as we catch our team laying carbon fiber on this bridge right in front of the clubhouse.

Ryan and his crew making progress at our San Clemente hillside foundation repair project💪🏽🏚️

Our specialist, Joe Harris, performed the initial inspection and with the help of Helfrich-Associates he designed a repair plan that would stabilize the entire structure and prevent it from continued movement.

The repair plan consists of helical piles, helical tieback anchors, a new grade wall, and even a handful of push piers.

As you might be able to see from the trenching, the new grade wall will run the entire length of the structure most exposed to the hillside.

12 helical piles and 12 helical tieback anchors are being fitted with new construction caps that will allow our team to tie them into the rebar cages.. encasing them in the new grade wall!

The crew is wrapping up the helical installations this week before moving on to the push pier installations.

We’ll be checking back in with the crew next week to see the push piers and the rebar cages!

Saving this massive, leaning retaining wall from failing 💪🏽

Ryan and his crew installed 9 helical tieback anchors along with some new jet filters to help mitigate hydrostatic pressure build up behind it.

The tieback anchors will lock the wall into competent soils while the jet filters will prevent more pressure and ultimately stress from accumulating with water build up behind the wall.

How far do you think they had to drive their tiebacks to find soil that would be capable of supporting this wall for many years to come!?

More from this project with Ryan coming next week!🤘🏽
