🏆 National Roofing Week Day 3: Employee Appreciation 🏆

"Nothing you do on the job today will be more important than going home to your family and loved ones."

That quote sits front and center on our new "Why We Care Wall", and it perfectly reflects what Employee Appreciation Day means to us.

Today is one of our favorite days of National Roofing Week because it's all about celebrating the incredible people who make us who we are.

We have the privilege of working alongside individuals who genuinely care. Not just about their work, but about our customers, our team, and everyone else around them. Each morning they bring their skill and heart not only to our office but to every businesses that we serve.

Last week, we asked our team to bring in photos of the reasons they get up and do what they do each day. Together, we created a "Why We Care Wall" filled with pictures of everyone's families, children, pets, inspirational messages, and other meaningful reminders of what matters most.

Seeing those photos side by side was a powerful reminder that our team is made up of more than great employees—they're parents, spouses, friends, pet owners, mentors, and people who care deeply about the lives they are building outside of work. It's those values and connections that make our team so special.

And while the wall reinforces the importance of safety, it also reminds us why we appreciate our team so much because behind every hard hat is a person with a story, a purpose, and people counting on them.

The wall serves as a powerful reminder that safety isn't just about following procedures; it's about making sure everyone goes home to the people and things they love.

To our amazing team: thank you for everything you do. Your commitment, skill, and dedication do not go unnoticed. We appreciate you every day.

Happy National Roofing Week!

Day 2: Charitable Projects ❤️

Last year we had heard that the Ephrata Area Repeater Society had large amounts of water coming into their building. We knew how important their organization is to the community as well as how hard it is to get funding in a short amount of time, so we stepped in and donated our time and materials to give them a brand new roofing system that will last another 20+ years.💪

For more than 40 years, the Ephrata Area Reaper Society has been a quiet but important part of our local communications infrastructure with helping support public safety communications throughout Lancaster, Berks, and Lebanon Counties. While most people may never see the work they do, their equipment helps ensure critical communication capabilities are available when they're needed most.

As we all are aware, water + electronics= disaster ⛈️

At Moser, we believe that it is important to invest in organizations that strengthen and serve our communities every day. We're honored to have played a small part in helping them continue their mission for the next generation.

Happy National Roofing Week!

Day 1: Signature Projects⚾

When we think about signature projects, we think about projects that have a big impact.

Last year we had the privilege of installing a new roof for The Lancaster Stormers. Penn Medicine Park is more than just a ballpark, it is a place where people come together to create lasting memories.

Concerts, festivals, school meetings, light shows, etc are all hosted here in addition to their regular ball season. That means that our job was more than just keeping water out. It was about protecting the people, spaces, and experiences that make this ballpark special.

At Moser, we don't cut corners. We take the time to learn about our customers' operations as well as the surrounding environment to ensure we provide a roofing system that is built to perform for them for the long haul.

We're proud to have contributed to a place that the public will cherish for years to come. And as an added bonus, we can now confidently say our roofs are experts at catching foul balls😉

Another successful safety & culture meeting in the books

🥨Breakfast of Champions: Sausage, bacon, AND brisket stuffed pretzels!!! Big thank you to Gap Power Rentals for fueling our crew this morning!

This week we had the privilege of recognizing Larry Ness with the Fire Poker award. Larry’s craftsmanship on the roof speaks for itself, but what truly sets him apart is the mentorship he provides to the rest of our team.

As he said today, “if we don’t teach the next generation…who will?” Congratulations Larry, and thank you for everything you do!

Today we also spent time reflecting on what safety truly means to each person. Safety policies are not just for liability and insurance coverage; they are about protecting people.

As Josh said today, our company doesn’t believe in firing people before they hit the ground. We are here to prevent you from going off the edge and make sure you go home safe to your family.

Our team then did some self reflection as to what inspires them to stay safe in life…stay tuned to see what we created from it next week😉

In total: we had great people, great food, and a continuous commitment to look out for each other.

🚌As students head off for summer break, our crews are just getting started.

With schools closing and campuses getting quieter, summer project season is officially underway.

From repairs and maintenance to complete roof replacements, the summer months provide schools with the perfect opportunity to invest in their facilities before students and staff return in the fall.🏫

One thing many people don't realize is that a "school roof" is rarely just one roof. Decades of additions, renovations, and expansions make many school buildings become a collection of different roofing systems all tied together into one campus. Managing those assets, planning budgets, coordinating projects, and keeping everything performing as intended is no small task.

That is why we want to give a special thank you to the facility managers and maintenance teams who work behind the scenes year-round to keep these buildings operating safely and efficiently!

From an intense co****le tournament with ice cream to roofing competitions & trainings, our office was filled with fun💪

Founder’s Day for us is about celebrating our team. Moser Roofing Solutions was not built just to be another roofing company. We are a place that provides a safe work environment for continued learning and growth to better provide for our families at home.

We just so happen to be good at roofing on top of that😉
