𝗧𝘄𝗼 𝗳𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗽𝗹𝗮𝗰𝗲𝘀. 𝗧𝘄𝗼 𝗺𝗼𝗼𝗱𝘀—𝗼𝗻𝗲 𝗰𝗼𝗵𝗲𝘀𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗵𝗼𝗺𝗲.🔥🏡 Within this reimagined Leawood Cape Cod, contrast isn’t a departure—it’s part of the design language. One marble-clad fireplace leans moody and grounded, wrapped in depth, saturation, and rich materiality. The other feels lighter and architectural, integrated with surrounding millwork and softened by natural tones. Altogether, a beautiful juxtaposition of vibes and a seamless complement of style.

Rooted in a full-scale, to-the-studs renovation, the home was thoughtfully reworked to preserve its original character while introducing a more fluid, contemporary way of living. Spaces were opened, reoriented, and refined, allowing light, movement, and luxe material to guide the experience throughout.
