In Downtown Franklin, every detail matters.

With a historic home like this, the goal isn’t to make the backyard feel new. It’s to make it feel like it’s always belonged. From the pool coping and material selections to the landscaping surrounding it, every detail was chosen to complement the character of the home and the history of the area.

Another one complete in Leiper’s Fork, TN.

This newly finished pool and spa combination was designed to be enjoyed well beyond the summer months, complete with a pool cover to help retain heat and keep the water protected year-round.

From the surrounding hardscape to the landscaping and finishing details, every part of this outdoor space was designed to feel like a natural extension of the home.

Every detail of this lakeside project was designed to feel like it had always belonged.

From the remodeled home to the outdoor living space, creating a seamless flow between the front and back of the property was one of the most important goals. The result is an outdoor fireplace, a fully equipped outdoor kitchen, motorized shades by Tennessee Shade, and Lumien lighting that extends the experience well beyond sunset.
