We were honored to host the “MillerKnoll Last Mile Dealer Operations Mini-Summit” last week at our Lenexa headquarters. Ten dealerships joined us and the Continuous Improvement team for two days of collaboration, learning, and open discussion.

Our managing partner, Stephen Marshall, and director of operations, Daniel Nolen, had the opportunity to guide participants through our facility, share the processes and improvements we’ve implemented, and showcase how the John Marshall Performance System (JMPS) continues to drive operational excellence. It was an inspiring experience connecting with so many leaders who share a passion for continuous improvement and advancing our industry together.

The Lorax, dancers from the “White Christmas” movie, the late actress, Diane Keaton, Costco sample workers, Jelly Bellies, a black and white portrait, and a ghost from Charlie Brown’s “Great Pumpkin” special… Wichita’s much-anticipated, annual Halloween Costume contest had some great contenders for the prize, but it was a beautiful geisha who was bestowed this year’s top honor. Bravo, team! 👏👏👏

👻🎃🍬 Our annual BOO Bash, which takes place in our Lenexa headquarters, gives our youngest family members a fun venue to trick or treat, play games, and enjoy some spooky treats. Every year, this awesome team is right on the mark (and down to the details) with their team’s costume theme—and we just can’t get enough 😊 Shrek, Fiona, Donkey, and friends did not disappoint! 📙👏
