since 1926.

At the Anniversary Event, we highlighted what has helped this historic association achieve a century of success and the members that helped build it.

Fueling Kentucky isn't just a tagline. For those in our membership, it's part of their day to day operations. Serving the communities they're in, ensuring food and fuel are readily available, and being present in times of need is what our industry is all about. There's a reason why we remain a critical and essential industry.

Like KPMA Executive Director Brian Clark said, we're proud of Kentucky's fuel and convenience industry and we're honored to be part of it.

We're still buzzing from our night of celebrating 100 years of Fueling Kentucky!

Last week, officially celebrated its 100-year anniversary in Louisville at the Omni Hotel. With the recognition of 15 Past KPMA Chairmen who received Chair's Challenge Coins, special entertainment featuring comedian Aaron Weber, commemorative KPMA bourbon, a silent auction benefitting Convenience Stores Against Trafficking, and the KPMA Antique Road Show with numerous member items on display, it was a very special night that honored the past and celebrated our future.

It's hard to sum up the night ... it truly was a once-in-a-generation event that won't be soon forgotten by all in attendance. Stay tuned for more highlights coming soon.

On Thursday, held its annual Legislative Summit in Louisville, KY for KPMA members to stay informed on policy decisions and outcomes of 2026 Kentucky’s legislative session.

KPMA Chair Brian Newcomb and immediate past Chair Scott Kiser welcomed KY Senate Republicans' Senate President Robert Stivers and Kentucky House Republicans' House Majority Whip Jason Nemes as featured speakers for the event. KPMA was honored to have leaders of the Kentucky legislature as part of the event and share their insights with our membership.
