A meaningful day of giving back in Morehead, KY.

Last week, our team partnered with Lighthouse Farms for their 2nd annual flower planting day, helping create a more welcoming and uplifting space around the front office and main entrance.

Opportunities like this remind us how small acts, like planting flowers, can make a big difference for the organizations and communities we care about.

MacLellan is honored to commemorate 30 years of partnership with nVent HOFFMAN, delivering essential process cleaning and maintenance services that support their operations.

Our relationship began in 1994, when HOFFMAN recognized the critical process services we were performing for our first customer in Georgetown, KY. That connection led to the formal start of our partnership in April 1996 that marked the beginning of a collaboration that has continued to expand in scope, capability, and impact.

Throughout these three decades, we have faced challenges, embraced innovation, and strengthened our alignment. We deeply value this partnership and look forward to building on this foundation for many years ahead.

Thank you to everyone at nVent HOFFMAN and MacLellan who has contributed to this milestone. We look forward to continuing this journey together.

Proud to share this moment from our team.

John Ridge from our Indianapolis HVAC branch recently used his VTO time to return to his former elementary school and speak with more than 100 students about resilience, hope, and overcoming challenges.

He shared this reflection afterward: "Being able to use MacLellan’s VTO program has changed my outlook on life. It’s given me a pathway to help others and make a real impact. Every time I participate, it fills me with love, compassion, and the drive to keep doing the next right thing."

Moments like this are a reminder of how meaningful it is to show up for others. We’re grateful for team members like John who continue to make a difference in their communities.

We’re proud to see our team putting our commitment to community into action!

Recently, a group of employees from our Ohio operations used their Volunteer Time Off (VTO) to volunteer with the County Family YMCA and help build a brand new playground for local families.

Over two days, the team worked together to create a space where kids can learn, imagine, and play. They built benches, picnic tables, chalkboards, and even a mud kitchen for hands-on fun.

The YMCA shared photos of the project on their page. It is amazing to see the impact this space will have on the community.

Proud of our team for coming together to give back through our Volunteer Time Off (VTO) program!

Employees from multiple teams from South Carolina, Virginia and Kentucky volunteered recently at Lowcountry Food Bank, working side‑by‑side to help pack and prepare food for neighbors in need. It’s inspiring to see collaboration extend beyond the workplace and into the community we serve.

Thank you to everyone who volunteered their time and energy to make a meaningful impact. And thank you to Schadrack Jean-Francois and Dana Vaughn for welcoming us and we look forward to volunteering again soon.
