Another roof transformation in the books!

We removed the older architectural shingle roof and installed this beautiful Galvalume 24 ga. Standing Seam Metal Roof with a full ice & water shield underlayment. This gives the home a clean, classic metal look while adding serious durability and long-term protection against the elements.

Standing seam metal is widely considered one of the best roofing systems on the market; adding long-term value to the home, improving efficiency, and built to last 50+ years.

We also installed seamless gutters along with a top-of-the-line leaf lock gutter guard system to create a low-maintenance, worry-free setup that keeps water moving and debris out.
