At Aldridge, our operational strength is built from the ground up by leaders who truly know the trade. Brian Weir is the perfect example of how a field first career can evolve into a lasting company legacy.
Starting as an electrician by trade, Brian advanced through the ranks by always saying yes to new opportunities. His deep field expertise proved vital when he was called upon to help build and expand our California Airport Program, anchoring our aviation operations with a baseline of excellence.
Despite moving into an operational leadership role, Brian still teaches by example, frequently working with his hands on the tools to mentor the next generation. For Brian, construction is a true family tradition. All three of his children, his brother, and two nephews have joined the organization over the years, proving that a passion for hard work and Fostering Innovation run strong in the Weir family line.
In honor of his outstanding career and cultural impact, Brian was recently awarded the Lifetime Achievement Award. We are incredibly proud to celebrate his journey and grateful for his continued dedication to Putting People First as an ambassador for our growing enterprise.
