Some days remind you why character matters more than anything else.
We received this review from someone we’ve never even done business with. Helped them at a fast food restaurant — just held doors, opened doors nothing huge. No cameras. No recognition. No sales pitch. Just being a decent human.
And they took the time to write this.
As a business owner, I care about quality installs and clean mechanical rooms. But more than that, I care about who we are when no one is watching. This meant more to me than any five-star service review ever could.
